Cali Style French Fry Breakfast Burrito
WHAT YOU NEED
- Flour Tortilla
- Eggs
- Pork Chorizo
- Cacique Ranchero Queso Fresco
- Cacique Crema Mexicana
- Cacique Homestyle Salsa
- Frozen French Fries
- Guacamole
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Heat up half of the Pork Chorizo until it starts to brown and the aromas are release
- Remove the Pork Chorizo and cook scrambled eggs in the residual fat from the pork
- Remove the eggs and heat up a tortilla on both sides
- Spread guacamole down on tortilla
- Spread a tablespoon of the pork chorizo
- Place your eggs on top of that
- Put a handful of French fries on top
- Sprinkle on shredded Ranchero Queso Fresco
- Add a tablespoon of salsa
- Drizzle on Crema Mexicana
- Wrap your burrito, cut in half and drizzle on a little but more Crema Mexicana
