Morena Cuadra is a trained chef and a wine expert, and has devoted her professional life to promoting Peruvian and Latin American gastronomy, editing and publishing cookbooks and magazines and serving as Director and faculty for one of Peru’s leading Culinary Schools. In 2011 she teamed up with her daughter to bring their experience and passion to the English speaking world by creating Peru Delights, a blog that celebrates and promotes Peruvian Cooking. Morena writes about food, ingredients, restaurants, and the many experiences Peruvian and Latin American food has to offer.
