A flavorful artisan cheese, Enchilado’s traditional brick red exterior creates the illusion of  high spiciness but is actually a very well balanced cheese, strong in flavor, not as robust as Cotija. Made from pasteurized Grade A part skim milk and other natural ingredients.  All of our products are proudly made in the U.S.A. Delicious distinctive flavor, not spicy. It shreds and melts. Used as a stuffing cheese in enchiladas, rellenos, tacos and nachos.
