One of our artisan cheeses, Panela is a crumbly curd style, all-natural fresh cheese.  Made with pasteurized Grade A part skim milk, rennet and sea salt.  All of our products are proudly made in the U.S.A. Mellow and mild, delicious fresh milk flavor. Will soften when heated and will not string. It will sear to create a golden shell. In addition, will crumble in large chunks effortlessly. Delicious crumbled onto dishes or a stand-alone, natural snack with 80 calories, 7 grams of protein, and 15% of the recommended daily calcium per serving. Panela is an amazing fried cheese as well.
