Acai Berry Pear Bionico

These days my breakfasts need to be quick and light. Fruit is a great option, but it can get bland and boring day after day. So, sprucing it up with different flavors and sauces has been great. I love bionicos because you can have these for breakfast or a snack later in the day. Since I enjoy them for breakfast quite often, I like to add super foods like acai to give it that extra nutrient boost. The great part about bionicos is you can mix up any fruit you like. Go ahead, give it a try and be sure to mix it up with your favorite fruits!
WHAT YOU NEED
- 2 cups fresh mixed berries
- 2 pear, sliced
- granola for topping
- For Sweet Sauce
- 1 cup Cacique Crema Mexicana
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 can condensed milk
- 2-4 tablespoons Acai powder
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Place crema, evaporated milk, condensed milk and acai powder into a blender and mix until smooth. Place mixed berries and pears into a bowl and pour sweet sauce over fruit. Top with your favorite granola.
