First up is the “Chorizo & Potato” Quesadilla from Vianney Rodriguez of Sweet Bake Life. This breakfast-inspired quesadilla features Cacique® Bolita Chorizo, potatoes, and a spicy Ranchero® dipping sauce. We loved her approach to starting the day with a savory and flavor-packed meal that is sure to give you the energy you need to celebrate Cinco de Mayo all day long. Kathy’s Quesadillas feature three layers of crispy tortillas stuffed with both Cacique® Queso Fresco and Cacique® Queso Quesadilla cheeses.
