If you are looking for an on-the-go breakfast treat that is just as delicious as it is nutritious? Then look no further. Overnight chia is easy to prepare the night before and there is no cooking involved. Add Cacique yogurt smoothie to bring it all together and top it with your favorite cereal, dried fruit or sweetener. My version includes a variety of berries and muesli with raisins and slivered almonds. Enjoy!
WHAT YOU NEED
- ¼ cup chia
- ¾ cup low fat milk
- 1 Cacique Yogurt Smoothie Strawberry Flavor
- 1 cup muesli, divided
- 1 1/3 cup berries (blackberries, raspberries, blue berries, strawberries), divided
- honey (optional)
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Combine chia and milk in a large jar with lid or sealable container. Stir and refrigerate 6 hours to overnight.
- Stir in Cacique Smoothie and divide mixture between 4 serving glasses or jars. Top with ¼ cup muesli and 1/3 cup berries each. Drizzle with honey if desired.
