Smoothie bowls are a great way to start your day. You can have a wonderful, protein filled, cereal and fruit, snack. This Piña Colada Smoothie Bowl is no exception. I made it with Cacique® Piña Colada yogurt and lots of fresh, diced pineapple. To complete this bowl of goodness, I garnished it with strawberries, toasted sliced almonds, granola and chia seeds. It’s the perfect amount of sweetness. You can combine any of the Cacique® yogurts with your favorite fruit and jazz it up with nuts, seeds, fresh and dry fruit. The possibilities are endless.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 1 Cacique® Piña Colada Yogurt
- 1 cup of pineapple, diced
- 2 strawberries, sliced
- 2 tablespoons almonds, toasted and sliced
- 2 tablespoons granola
- 1 tablespoon chia seed
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Place the pineapple in a medium bowl. Add the Cacique® Yogurt. Top with strawberries, almonds, granola and chia. Enjoy!
