Whether you’re hosting this month’s book club meeting, or having friends over to watch a game, you need to have great party food! When I think party, I want something light, delightful, and packed with flavor, and these tomato tarts fit the bill perfectly. The two-bite pillows of deliciousness will delight your guests, but not get in the way. There will be no hand-washing, no sauce spills, no large, heavy items that are all road-blocks at a good party. Just grab-and-go, and don’t miss a beat!

They’re super easy to make too, and you can even make the components ahead of time so making them the day of your soirée will be a breeze. Caramelize the onions the day before, and mix up the spicy Cacique® Crema Salvadoreña. You can even thaw out the puff pastry beforehand, by putting it in the refrigerator a day before you’re ready to use it. When you’re ready to make these tarts, the components will be ready when you are!
