Queso Blanco Fresco is a creamy, semisoft, and mild unaged white cheese, pure in color. The taste is similar to a ricotta with more buttery notes.

How To Use

Similar to Queso Fresco, this cheese can be crumbled to enhance spicy, heavier dishes such as red chile chilaquiles and chile colorado. Or, it can be crumbled to add to soups and salads.
